In a collaborative effort to strengthen good governance practices across Africa, the Africa Leadership Institute (AFLI) partnered with GIZ, the Inspectorate General of Government (IGG) of Uganda, the Office of the Auditor General, and the Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority (PPDA) to develop a comprehensive training manual.
