Motion for a resolution of Parliament to pay tribute to the Late Hon. Cecilia Barbara Atim Ogwal for her dedicated service to the Republic of Uganda. Cecilia Barbara Atim Ogwal, the District Woman Representative, Dokolo district which occurred on Thursday 18th January 2024.
